Refund Policy

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All hair and packaging must be in original condition with tags and ties intact. All hair purchased on seasonal sales is available for exchange or store credit only.

All delivery and shipping fess are nonrefundable, including the return label fee for returns. La Flor Hair does not reimburse for duties or taxes incurred by county, state or home country. When exchanging items, we highly suggest using a tracking number. La Flor & Co. is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
