What is Remy hair?
Remy means the hair has not been compromised and has the cuticles still intact. La Flor & Co., provides only premier quality hair from the least amount of donors for the thickest strands from roots to ends. This succeeds to no tangling, no shedding, no fading throughout multiple installations.
How do I avoid damaging my hair?
We highly recommend sleeping in a silk wrap or silk bonnet at night. This helps you wake up ready to go with no tangles, no shedding, no matting. Please refer to our “Hair Care & Maintenance” recommendations.
How do I remove tape in extensions?
We highly recommend getting your hair installed and removed by a licensed hair care professional. Tape extensions can be removed with any alcohol/oil tape remover. Spray the remover in-between the tape wefts, wait a couple minutes and gently start to rub wefts together until they naturally fall out. After removing, make sure you wash all the residue out of your hair.
What textures of raw Indian hair do you offer?
Straight and deep wavy hair styles.
Can this hair be colored?
Yes, Natural 1B reacts well to any levels between 1-4; while our blonde 613 reacts well to any levels between 6-10. However, we highly recommend hiring a licensed hair care professional to avoid diminishing the quality of the hair.
Is this hair single or double drawn?
La Flor & Co. provides only double drawn hair. Double drawn hair is the best quality hair referring to the collection process of the hair. The hair is arranged in equal lengths, most short hairs are removed from the extensions, meaning an equal thickness from root to ends.
Are wefts hand-tied or machine-drawn?
Our sew in wefts are machine drawn to ensure the longevity and quality of the hair.

We work diligently to ensure the accuracy of every order, but if you feel a shipping error has been made on our behalf, please email INFO@LAFLORHAIR.COM within 3-5 business days of receiving your order.
How do I avoid damaging my hair?
Avoid all installs that use hair glue as it may damage the wefts, making the reuse of our hair unlikely. If using Invisitape extensions, make sure to use an oil or alcohol based tape remover spray for the easiest removal with the least damage to your natural hair.
How do I know what color hair I am?
Color matching is a lot easier than you may think. When looking at the pictures on the site, make sure your brightness is all the way up to get the truest color. This hair can reach blonde 613. However, we highly recommend hiring a licensed hair care professional to avoid diminishing the quality of the hair.
What does natural raw mean?
La Flor Hair is virgin raw natural hair that has not been chemically altered in the past. Making our hair extensions easy to chemically alter and style to each client’s desired needs. However, we strongly suggest that all chemical services and installations be performed by a licensed hair care professional to prevent any unnecessary damage or distress to the curl pattern and/or texture of the hair.
How long do hair extensions last?
Care is key when it comes to the life of your hair! Since all our hair is 100% human hair the best advice is to treat it like your own hair. Always gently brush your hair during wear and before your store them away. The more products and heat you apply to your hair, the more love it will need!
